The Relationship Manager position is focused on managing the FiberFirst installed customer base. In this role the RM will be responsible for maintaining, growing, and acquiring new revenue from the existing base of FiberFirst customers. The Relationship Manager will also focus on saving accounts, helping resolve customer satisfaction issues and proactively reduce churn. The Warehouse Associate supports the Network Team maintaining a steady flow of materials in and out of the warehouse. The main duties of the Warehouse Associate include maintaining inventory levels by accurately recording and reporting the established receiving and material check out processes and maintaining a safe and organized environment.
