How do I troubleshoot my router?
For further Restarting Nokia Combo Unit and Nokia Combo Unit With Router:
- Unplug the power cable from your router
- Wait for at least 10 seconds
- Plug the power cable back in
- Wait for the router to fully restart
Combo Units have a button above the power cord that can be used to turn the Modem off and on.
If cx does not have internet and your Modem is in the garage, check the GFCI power.
If you have an Iphotronix modem outside in the NID Box, you may lose service if the modem is not powered up.
It is very common that the GFCI plug either on the side of the house or in the garage has tripped and caused you to lose internet. Check that the lights are on at the modem. If they are not, reset the GFCI plugs with the button on the plug itself.
Check Connection Cables: Ensure that all cables (power outlets, Ethernet, etc.) are securely connected
Wi-Fi Network Name (SSID) and Password: Confirm that you are connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network (SSID).
