*Qualifications
- Customer will need to order internet service with speed of 1Gig, 2Gig, or 5Gig at retail rate. Speeds of 300Mb and 500Mb do not qualify for this offer.
- Customer must maintain this level of service for at least 90 days (can upgrade speeds but not downgrade or disconnect).
- Customer must also set up and maintain Autopay.
- Once qualified to receive the offer after 90 days, the customer must complete the gift card request form through the FiberFirst gift card redemption portal.
- Customer will have 30 days after the initial 90 days of service to submit the request, which will also require them to complete all the information on the form, including uploading a copy of their most recent billing statement.
- Once submitted information and eligibility has been confirmed, an email directly from Amazon* will be sent to the customer email address on file with the code for the $100 Amazon.com Gift Card.

This offer is for new residential only customers installing 1 Gig or higher Fiber service; existing customers are not eligible.
Upon placing the order for the qualifying service, the customer will receive an email explaining how to request their award and maintain their eligibility.The customer must be set up on Autopay, have on-time payments and be current with their billing at the time of award. Customers can expect to receive their eCard code from Amazon in about 2 weeks from their completed submission. Customers can reach out to the Care team with questions about their redemption.
If customers do not request their eCard within the 30-day window (between 90-120 days of active service) they will not be eligible to receive the award; note that any requests submitted prior to 90 days of active service will not be accepted.
