Service and Support

FiberFirst’s local presence in the Fort Worth area allows us to directly address, remotely or through site visits, 100% of issues the same day with a 95% resolution rate. Our team can be reached 24 hours a day by calling 833-FIBRGIG (833- 342-7444) or through chat on our website www.FiberFirst.com.

Timing

Most automatic migrations for current fiber customers will occur June – August 2024.

Billing

For account security, customers will need to re-establish Auto Pay once they’ve registered for an account on www.FiberFirst.com. The billing cycle for all FiberFirst customers is the 15th of each month. You will receive a final bill for services utilized through OneSource, and then will move to a new billing system with FiberFirst. If there is a past due balance with OneSource, you will continue to receive bills from them until paid in full; balances will not transfer to FiberFirst.
