Rules/Guidelines
This offer is for new residential only customers installing 1 Gig or higher Fiber service; existing customers are not eligible.
Upon placing the order for the qualifying service, the customer will receive an email explaining how to request their award and maintain their eligibility. The customer must be set up on Autopay, have on-time payments and be current with their billing at the time of award. Customers can expect to receive their eCard code from Amazon in about 2 weeks from their completed submission. Customers can reach out to the Care team with questions about their redemption.
If customers do not request their eCard within the 30-day window (between 90-120 days of active service) they will not be eligible to receive the award; note that any requests submitted prior to 90 days of active service will not be accepted.
