How it works:

  • Step 1: Place Your Order
    Place an order through FiberFirst.com if you have not already selected your services. Our 1 Gig and 2 Gig internet plans are currently eligible for the Hero Program promotion.
  • Step 2: Verify Your Status
    Once you have a completed FiberFirst order, click the "Get Discount" button above to verify your eligibility through VerifyPass.
  • Step 3: Receive Your Code
    After successful verification, you will receive a one-time discount code via email. This normally arrives within 1 hour, but it can take up to 48 hours to confirm eligibility.
  • Step 4: Submit to Support
    Email your one-time VerifyPass discount code, along with the full name and service address on your account to, [email protected].
  • Step 5: Enjoy Your Savings
    Our Support Team will review your submission and apply the promotion to your account once validated.
