Welcome to FiberFirst’s Referral Program!

How It Works:

Current customers can receive a credit to their account for every referral that becomes a new customer along with a matching credit to the referral.

After you complete the referral form below, you’ll receive an email verifying participation and a member of our Team will reach out to your referral about scheduling their service.

Once your referral has completed their installation process, your reward credits will be applied to your account after 60 days:

The FiberFirst referral program.

Residential:

  • $50 to the referrer
  • $50 to each referral

Small Business:

(1-8 employees)

  • $75 to the referrer
  • $75 to each referral

Business:

Enterprise Level

  • $150 to the referrer
  • $150 to each referral

We love it when you spread the word about FiberFirst, so we’ve made our referral program super simple! Here’s a quick rundown of how it works:

  • Once your friend gets their new service installed, you’ll both get a referral credit 60 days later. Just make sure both of your accounts are in good standing!
  • There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer. The more, the merrier!
  • The person you refer can’t have ever had FiberFirst service before.
  • If your friend is referred by multiple people, we can only honor the first referral that’s submitted.
  • Your referral is valid for 30 days. If your friend still hasn’t completed their installation by then, don’tworry! You can simply resubmit the referral form.

Remember, the “referrer” is the person who is a current FiberFirst customer, so this form can be completed by either party as long as you correctly enter the needed information. However, as long as we get a valid phone number and/or email address, we’ll contact you to make sure we have the correct information.
